Company Hold Non- Woven Knowledge Lecture

In order to improve the staff’s knowledge of non-woven products, our company’s vice-GM Mr. Wei held a training for partial staff in conference room in the morning of July.24 th 2010 . Non- woven is also called non-woven fabric which is consist of directional or random fiber. Non-woven products are new generation of environmental protection material which have the characteristics of moistureproof, breathable, flexibility, light, not easy to decompose combustion, non-toxic, without excitant, rich color, low price, and can be reused, etc.
The raw material of medical supplies is polypropylene (pp material) that produced by high-temperature melting, an outline of the spinneret, n.t., hot rolling continuous one-step production. In 1970, the consumption of medical supplies was 40 thousand tons while in 2007 the consumption reached 400 million tons. Non-woven fabric producers are mainly concentrated in the United States (accounted for 41% of the world), Western Europe accounted for 30%, Japan 8%, China’s productivity only accounted for 3.5%. However, its consumption is 17.5% of the world.
In the training, Mr.Wei detailed the advantages and disadvantages and classification and use as well as the raw materials and functions of non- woven fabrics. He also introduced the producing ways, materials and printing requirements of non-woven bags which are our new products.
The staff who participated in the lecture not only learnt the theoretic knowledge of non-woven products but also knew different kinds of non-woven products through real objects.
